What is your charge for my initial consultation?

There is no charge for an initial consultation. There is also no obligation to discuss your claim with one of our attorneys.

What are your charges should I employ your firm?

Our charges are based upon the type of legal matter that we handle. In personal injury cases which we represent the injured person, our fees are contingent on recovery. Our fees are one-third of all amounts we recover for the client.

In tax cases and governmental work, what are your charges?

In cases related to governmental work or tax cases, these cases are billed at an hourly rate for time spent on the case. The clients are only billed for the time actually spent on their file. The billing time is broken down into six-minute increments and a bill is generated each month indicating which attorney worked on the case, the amount of time spent each day and a description of what work was performed.
