SWARTZENDRUBER, ATTORNEY AT LAW
Todd M. Swartzendruber is a graduate of Drake University Law
School, where he earned his Juris Doctorate degree in 2001. He
was admitted to the Iowa bar in 2001 and the Louisiana bar in
2004. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from
the University of Northern Iowa in 1997. In 1998 he was
certified as a Certified Public Accountant in Iowa.
Mr. Swartzendruber has been with Simien & Miniex since 2004.
His practice areas include State Tax Litigation, Governmental
Law, Personal Injury (plaintiff and defense) and Energy Law.
He is general counsel to the Lafayette Airport Commission and
serves as outside counsel for various clients, including:
Louisiana Department of Revenue, Lafayette City-Parish
Consolidated Government, Louisiana Office of Risk Management
and Louisiana Public Service Commission.
Mr. Swartzendruber is admitted to practice law in all Courts
of the State of Louisiana, United States District Court -
Western District of Louisiana and United States Bankruptcy
Court - Western District of Louisiana. He is a member of the
Louisiana State Bar Association and Lafayette Bar Association.
